Type : Epoxy Polyester powder coatings is formed of the mergerof epoxy-based and polyeester-based resin, and would use mostly indoors materials. Compared with pure epoxy powder coating at high temperatures beter color and greater durabilit in the face uv (less of chalk) provides.
Place of Use : It is used to cap metal and glass surfaces. Bicycle, motor office furniture, electrical household appliances , fire extinguishers, radiators, stoves, lighting fixtures, machine tools, buildings, accessories, toys, interior furniture, glass, glass bottles, bathroom accessories, grocery shelves, electricity boards, sports and camping gear can be considered as application areas.
Surface Priming : Before applying the powder coating to the surface, all dirt, rust and oils need to be purified mechanically or chemically. Then, it must be coated with a chemical process of iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, chromium phosphate, or chromate. Selected by the materials used and configured to work as well as powder coating and protection of the material will ensure better adhesion to the surface.
Application: It is used with either manuel or automatic electrostatic powder spray equipment corona or tribo type.
Cooking Time : Cooking time of the product used in resin reactivity, and part of the mass is related to furnace’s efficiency. Considering the desire of the public user in the table, we recommend the cooking time. 180°C = 20 Minutes / 190°C = 15 Minutes / 200°C = 10 Minutes (Vales represent the object temperature.)
Safety : Powder coatings are considered to be flammable, but is not flammable. Dust / air mixture ignition emperature of 450-600°C... Other safety information prepared according to instructions 91/155/UE safety data is recommended to apply sheet.
Packaging : Standard products are in boxes of 25 kg net.
Storage : It can be stored in dry and 35°C temperature not exceeding not exposed to direct sunlight for at least 2 years in a closed package.
